ImageTehran, Iran, Sep. 03 – Iranian authorities have hanged a man in Arak, central Iran, state media reported on Tuesday.

Authorities hanged the man in a prison in Arak on Monday, the government-run news agency Fars said.

He was identified only by initials Z.K.

The report said that he had been convicted of murder.
