On July 15th state media in Iran fully covered the remarks of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei about a movie called, “The Adventure of Midday”.

Following the ignominy of this movie which was produced against the People’s Mujahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK), the news agency of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) released the news about the meeting of Iranian regime's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei with film producers which depicts Khamenei’s role in the production of this movie. The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) was also involved in the production of the movie in February/March 2017.

This weekend in a cavernous convention hall outside of Paris, over 100,000 flag waving, foot-stomping, cheering supporters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran ( consisted of MEK/PMOI and other groups and personalities) gathered for their annual meeting.

Part pep rally and part television programming for a global audience, the annual event has for years been focused on galvanizing support for the MEK and drawing attention to the plight of dissident refugees sheltering in squalid camps inside Iraq and subject to frequent attacks from Iranian-backed forces resulting in score of deaths.

London, 29 Jun - Hundreds of members of the European Parliament have come together to condemn the egregious human rights violations in Iran, call for justice for the victims of the 1988 massacre, and call for the blacklisting of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation.

The statement which outlines these movements, penned by Gérard Deprez MEP, the President of the Friends of a Free Iran group within the European Parliament, has been signed by 265 MEPs from across all EU countries and political parties.

London, 30 Jun - The Iranian opposition is preparing for its massive annual “Free Iran” rally in Paris, sponsored by National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). The event, scheduled for July 1st, will feature hundreds of prominent speakers from four corners of the globe, and will likely be attended by more than 100,000 people, including tens of thousands from the Iranian Diaspora. The NCRI President Maryam Rajavi’s ten-point-plan for a free, democratic Iran will be highlighted.

For the Iranian regime, staying power means oppressing all voices that challenge their rule, particularly the human rights abuses and strict laws on everything from who you can socialize with to how you dress in public. Yet, one group has been the main focus of the regime’s efforts to suppress and undermine their voice in support of a free Iran. That group is the MEK.

When the MEK was removed from the U.S. list of terrorist groups, Iranian regime House Speaker Ali Larijni said during his speech on June 23, “Now it’s you (the United States) who are sponsor of terrorism and even mother of terrorism, yet you accuse the Iranian regime of sponsoring terrorism. Your accusations are shameful…Today, the Americans removed the MEK from their list of terrorist groups.”
