Tehran, Iran, Apr. 29 – Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will visit Iran next month, Iranian state media reported on Sunday.

State-run news agencies quoted the Iraqi governmental daily al-Sabah as saying al-Maliki would visit Iran along with several other Arab states next month without specifying an actual date.

The Washington Post reported on Sunday that King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia had refused to receive al-Maliki on the eve of a critical regional summit on the future of Iraq.
