Tehran, Iran, Jul. 20 – Iranian authorities hanged two young men in public in the western city of Boroujerd, a semi-official daily wrote on Thursday.

The two men, identified only by their initials A.-R. K. and H. M., were aged 23 and 21 years old respectively, the hard-line daily Kayhan reported.

The pair, who were accused of rape, were hanged on Wednesday.
