London, 10 Apr - Following the alleged chemical attack in Douma, a town in the Eastern Ghouta area of Syria, leaders and officials are calling for more action to be taken.

The Syrian government, with the assistance of Iran and Russia, is carrying out unspeakable atrocities and their actions cannot go unpunished.

Furthermore, it is the brazen nature of Syrian President Bashar al Assad and his allies Iran and Russia with regards to such cruel and inhumane attacks on civilians that is very worrying.

London, 10 Apr - We must not become indifferent to the huge loss of civilian life in Syria, which is currently being perpetrated by Syria, Iran, and Russia. If those responsible are not held to account, then the situation will only get worse and more innocent people will lose their lives.

There have been many attacks on the Syrian people since the start of the war, including many chemical attacks, by the axis of evil who hope to crush the people’s resistance and maintain the rule of Dictator Bashar Assad.

London, 05 Apr - Iran, Russia, and Turkey sat down for a meeting about Syria’s future on April 4, but the US wasn’t there, despite its role supporting the rebels in the Syrian Civil War.

This creates a massive problem, because Iran, Russia, and Turkey, have very different interests in Syria and experts say that this looks more like a PR exercise than a serious effort to bring about peace.

Iran, for instance, is a long time supporter of Syrian Dictator Bashar al-Assad and has a vested interest in seeing him remain in power. They have two main reasons for this; thinking that quelling the Syrian people’s uprising will dampen the Iranian people’s desire for regime change and believing that they will be able to turn Syria into another Iranian vassal state in the Middle East.

London, 09 Apr - It has been reported that dozens of civilians were killed and hundreds injured in the chemical weapons attack that happened a few days ago in Douma in Eastern Syria.

Humanitarian agencies and aid workers confirmed that most of the dead were women and children. Images of adults and children that were caught up in the attack circulated on social media, many of them showing horrific suffering, gasping for breath and foaming at the mouth.

London, 05 Mar - The White House has condemned the Syrian slaughter inside Eastern Ghouta, saying in a statement released on Sunday that the Syria, which was backed by the Iran and Russia, are killing “innocent civilians under the false auspices of counterterrorism operations.”

Eastern Ghouta, an area held by the Syrian Resistance forces, has been under siege from the Syria since 2013 and daily bombardments for months now.

Over the past two weeks, over 600 civilians from the city have been killed; a huge percentage of the 400,000 residents. On top of that, the United Nations reports that 15,000 people have been forced to leave their homes since January, with the majority staying in shelters and basements around Ghouta.
