Iran’s Ahmadinejad meets Musharraf in Pakistan

ImageIran Focus: Tehran, Iran, Apr. 28 – Iran's hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday travelled to Pakistan and held talks on Tehran-Islamabad bilateral ties with senior Pakistani officials including President Pervez Musharraf.

ImageTehran, Iran, Apr. 28 – Iran's hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday travelled to Pakistan and held talks on Tehran-Islamabad bilateral ties with senior Pakistani officials including President Pervez Musharraf.

Ahmadinejad also met and held talks with new Pakistani Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani.

Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and Commerce Minister Masoud Mir Kazemi accompanied Ahmadinejad, as did senior aides Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei and Mojtaba Samareh Hashemi.

The brief visit lasted for only a few hours.
