DUBAI/SINGAPORE, April 13 (Reuters) – Iran resumed spot exports of fuel oil in April, after halting sales in the first-quarter due to strong domestic demand for power generation during the winter, industry sources said on Monday.
The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), has already sold two spot cargoes of about 540,000 barrels each for April loading, sources familiar with the country's fuel oil exports said.
The state oil firm is expected to offer similar volumes for May, a source familiar with the country's fuel oil export programme said.
